IXXAT extends its CAN repeater portfolio by two new versions, the CAN-CR200 and the CAN-CR220. Similar to all CAN repeaters from IXXAT, the new models allow setting-up star or tree topologies, the automatic decoupling of defect segments and the galvanic decoupling of the CAN lines against each other and against the power supply... |

The new iPC-I XC16/PCIe was specially developed to cover demanding CAN applications like industrial control or automotive test stand.
The interface supports PCI express, and can be easily installed by Plug & Play. Some of the features offered by the on-board 16 bit microcontroller include filtering, pre-processing, low latency, time triggered transmission or high precision time-stamping of CAN messages. The interface can also be used as Master device in CANopen systems with a large number of nodes. The iPC-I XC16/PCIe has two CAN channels and an optional galvanic isolation... |

The new "Industrial Ethernet Module" from IXXAT enables fast, low-cost connection of devices to ETHERNET Powerlink, EtherNet/IP and PROFINET.
The module is based on an Altera-FPGA and contains the CPU (NIOS II), an Ethernet Controller and an integrated 2-port hub, which is routed out via an RJ45 connector.
Depending on the version, the relevant protocol software for the implementation of an ETHERNET Powerlink controlled node, a PROFINET device or an EtherNet/IP adapters is already implemented on the module... |

IXXAT offers ETHERNET Powerlink Safety Protocol Software for use in safety-relevant areas, which can be used in conjunction with the IXXAT EPL software as a lower order communication protocol.
The ETHERNET Powerlink Safety protocol software enables the quick and easy development of safety nodes (SN) and Safety Configuration Managers (SCM). The Safety Integrity Level (SIL) which can be achieved by this depends on the hardware architec-ture used. The software was principally designed for use in devices up to and including SIL-3... |
